The Dreaming Deep event in Wuthering Waves has taken the community by storm with its immersive narrative driven roguelike minigame. This limited time event allows players to dive into different cinematic stages, fight through intense scenarios, and shape their own storylines by unlocking multiple unique endings. With a total of twelve endings available, completing just six will grant players all the major in game rewards including Astrite, Shell Credits, and valuable progression resources.

The first stage of the event kicks off with “In The Name of Heroes,” a straightforward run where players need to focus on finishing the level and getting comfortable with the basic combat mechanics. It is a perfect entry point into the Dreaming Deep format and unlocks as soon as you conquer the final encounter of the stage.

As the event unfolds, things get more complex in the second stage, where decisions start to impact the direction of the story. One of the key endings here is called “Serenity,” which can be unlocked by either avoiding the Interlude nodes entirely or selecting only one between the Wisp of Smoke and Mirage Interludes. Both are hidden in opposite corners of the map, and the right choices can lead you to this peaceful resolution.

Alternatively, diving into both Interludes will trigger a completely different ending known as “Turmoil.” This version reveals a more chaotic path within the narrative and can only be reached by engaging in both events and finishing the Mt. Firmament Inn storyline.

The third stage introduces more layers of decision making and three separate endings. To unlock “Shores Shrouded in Mystery,” players must carefully avoid interacting with The Aetherfins Interlude, while completing either the Wooly Warrior or Merc Leader paths. These events are located at the far ends of the map, and navigating to them without triggering the Aetherfins will secure this outcome.

For those interested in unlocking “The Eternal Watch,” the key lies in completing The Aetherfins Interlude found at the center of the map. This also requires recruiting the Shorekeeper character using Recruitment Files, which adds another strategic layer to your run. Avoiding the other Interludes ensures that the ending triggers as intended.

The final known ending from this stage is “The Souls Beyond the Black Hole.” It demands full exploration, requiring the player to enter and complete all three available Interludes. This ending reveals a deeper and darker perspective of the Dreaming Deep storyline, making it a compelling goal for those who love a challenge.

Completing these six key endings not only guarantees event completion but also gives players insight into the broader lore and complexity of Wuthering Waves. The blend of tactical decision making and engaging storytelling has made Dreaming Deep one of the most talked about features of the game.
