Riot Games has officially announced that Allen, Texas will be the host city for the highly anticipated Legends of the Americas (LTA) 2025 Regional Championship. This marks a significant moment for League of Legends fans in North America as the top three teams from the region will clash live for the first ever LTA Championship crown.

The showdown is set to take place at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center on September 27 and 28. The arena, located in the Dallas Fort Worth metro area, can accommodate more than 7,000 spectators and has been used for concerts, sports events, and large scale fan gatherings. Its selection reflects Riot’s commitment to bringing esports closer to communities with growing enthusiasm for competitive gaming.

Presale tickets will open exclusively for Mastercard holders on June 14 at 10 AM PT. Riot has also teased more announcements in the coming weeks, including fanfest activities, live watch parties, and exclusive merchandise drops designed for attendees and viewers around the world.

The LTA Regional Championship will feature the top three teams from both the Northern and Southern Conferences at the conclusion of Split 3. These elite squads will battle it out not just for the title but also for their place at the League of Legends World Championship, which is scheduled to be held across China in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu.

The LTA was established in mid 2024 following the merger of the LCS, CBLOL, and LLA into a single competitive ecosystem. Since then, it has operated across two conferences with six partnered teams and two guest slots in each. Guest teams are required to requalify through a season end promotion tournament by defeating top contenders from tier two leagues.

The North Conference is backed by major partners like AT&T, Mastercard, Kia, Red Bull, Samsung SSD, Secretlab, Pagoda, and Uber. Meanwhile, the South Conference has secured support from brands including Heineken, KitKat, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Sadia, and Pringles.

With regional pride, global stakes, and fan energy reaching new heights, the LTA 2025 Regional Championship is shaping up to be a major highlight in this year's League of Legends competitive calendar.
