As excitement builds for the Clash Royale League (CRL) 2025 World Finals, developer Supercell has revealed the full list of nominees and categories for this year’s CRL Awards. The annual awards celebrate top-performing players, content creators, and unforgettable highlights from the global competitive scene.

The World Finals are set to take place at DreamHack Atlanta from October 31 to November 2, with the winners of the CRL Awards to be officially announced on October 24.

Celebrating the Best in Clash Royale Esports

The CRL Awards spotlight five main categories that define player excellence and fan-favorite moments — The MVP, The Clutch, The All-Rounder, The Dark Horse, and The One-Trick Pony.

Voting is open until October 20, giving fans around the world a chance to help shape the outcome. The voting process combines fan votes with inputs from players, official casters, and top content creators, ensuring a balanced recognition of both skill and popularity.

Fans can participate by heading to the Esports News tab inside the Clash Royale app to submit their votes before the deadline.

Meet the Players Competing at the CRL 2025 World Finals

This year’s World Finals feature 12 elite players who qualified through a series of community events across the 2025 season. The lineup includes:

Mohamed “Mohamed Light” Tarek, Mugi, Ian77, Adriel Eduardo, Pedro, Sub, Lucas “LucasXGamer” Rocha, Egor “Khazardy” Akhmetzyanov, Kim “SandBox” Seoung Jin, Samuel “xopxsam” Klotz, Frontier Guard, and Vitor “Vitor75” Sousa.

With defending champion Mohamed Light entering as the frontrunner, expectations are sky-high. He qualified through the Calalas Cup Gold Edition and topped the seasonal leaderboard with unmatched consistency. However, challengers like Ian77, who recently defeated Mohamed Light in the Stats Royale Gold Edition, are ready to make things unpredictable.

What to Expect from CRL 2025

Supercell has yet to confirm the exact format of this year’s World Finals. In 2024, the tournament featured an eight-player double-elimination format — but with twelve competitors now in the mix, fans are curious to see how the structure evolves.

The total prize pool for CRL 2025 stands at $500,000, with the champion walking away with a massive $200,000 purse. The finals will also feature an opening ceremony on October 31, promising an electrifying start to one of mobile gaming’s biggest events.

The upcoming competition and the fan-driven CRL Awards together showcase how far the Clash Royale esports scene has come — combining strategic brilliance, fierce rivalries, and a passionate global community that keeps the game’s competitive fire burning strong.
