After two explosive weeks that crowned champions in League of Legends, Free Fire, Dota 2, and the Mobile Legends Women’s Invitational, the Esports World Cup 2025 refuses to slow down. Week 3 is here, and it is bringing some of the most anticipated titles into the spotlight. With Call of Duty making its fiery debut, StarCraft II bringing back classic high-skill warfare, and Honor of Kings putting millions on the line, this week is a turning point in what is shaping up to be the biggest esports spectacle the world has ever seen.
Kicking off the chaos is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, marking its first-ever inclusion at the Esports World Cup. Sixteen elite squads will go head-to-head in a best-of-five, double-elimination format, kicking off July 24th at 3 PM KSA. These teams are divided into four groups of four and only the top eight will survive to enter a single-elimination playoff bracket that starts on July 26th. The final showdown will take place on July 27th at 9:45 PM KSA. Every round will test nerves, strategies, and raw firepower, with teams battling not just for survival but for dominance on a global stage.
Meanwhile, at the SNB Esports Arena, the legends of strategy return. StarCraft II, one of the most iconic titles in the history of competitive gaming, is back and the stakes are immense. The tournament starts with a play-in stage on July 22nd, featuring four players battling for the last two slots in the group stage. From July 24th, the top players will clash in a format that evolves from best-of-three to best-of-five, demanding both sharp tactics and iron endurance. The single-elimination playoffs will begin the very next day, leading to a grand finale on July 25th where only one commander will reign supreme.
Honor of Kings is also stealing the spotlight in Week 3 with the final leg of its World Champion Cup. The last eight teams standing will fight for their slice of a jaw-dropping three million dollar prize pool. The action begins on July 23rd at 12 PM KSA and runs through to the grand final on July 26th. With the third-place match scheduled for earlier that same day, fans are guaranteed a full day of epic clashes, unexpected upsets, and championship drama.
But that’s not all. The third week is also packed with fresh preliminary rounds that will set the tone for upcoming finals. The Mobile Legends Mid-Season Cup begins its group stage on July 23rd. On July 24th, the Chess Last Chance Qualifier takes place, promising cerebral duels that will decide the final participants. Then on July 25th, the PUBG MOBILE World Cup storms into action with its group stage, ready to crown a new king of survival shooters.
With every passing day, the Esports World Cup 2025 grows louder, bolder, and more unforgettable. Champions are being made, careers are being rewritten, and the gaming world is glued to every frame of the action. Week 3 is not just a chapter in this saga, it is a full-blown battlefield where reputations will either be immortalized or erased.
