The Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid Season Finals are heating up, and day three was nothing short of explosive. Fans tuned in expecting tight matchups, but what they got was a complete reshuffling of expectations. With shocking upsets, last-minute comebacks, and powerhouses crashing out early, the stage has been set for one of the most unpredictable finales in Marvel Rivals history.

Citadel Gaming Sends Sentinels Packing
America’s Stage One champions, Sentinels, came in as favorites but were handed an early exit by EMEA squad Citadel Gaming. After starting strong with a dominant 2-0 on Celestial Husk, Sentinels began to crumble under pressure. Citadel Gaming roared back with convincing wins on Arakko and Hall of Djalia. Although Sentinels fought back on Midtown, the final match on Hell’s Heaven saw Citadel shut them down 2-0 and knock them out of the tournament. Sentinels walk away with twenty five thousand dollars but none of the glory they were chasing.

OUG Crushes REJECT Dreams
In another emotional rollercoaster, Japanese squad REJECT took an early lead against China’s champions OUG, only to suffer a brutal reverse sweep. After grabbing two quick wins on Hell’s Heaven and Yggdrasill Path, REJECT seemed poised to advance. But OUG turned the tides with a tight 4-3 on Hall of Djalia, then steamrolled through Krakoa and Spider-Islands to end REJECT’s run in devastating fashion.

ENVY Dominates Rad EU
ENVY continued their unstoppable march through the Upper Bracket by taking down Rad EU in a 3-1 victory. They started with a clean 2-0 on Krakoa, and although Rad EU answered with a win on Midtown, it was not enough. ENVY closed out Central Park and Hall of Djalia to book their spot in the Upper Bracket Finals. From Play-In underdogs to title contenders, ENVY has become the team everyone is watching.

100 Thieves Wipe The Floor With Ground Zero
Closing the day with a bang, 100 Thieves delivered a flawless 3-0 against Oceania’s Ground Zero Gaming. From a nail-biting finish on Arakko to a dominant sweep on Central Park, 100T left no room for doubt. With this win, they now advance to face ENVY in what promises to be a firecracker Upper Bracket Final.

What’s Next in the Chaos?
The final stretch of the tournament is packed with drama. August 9th will see the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals and Semi-Finals play out, followed by the crucial Upper Bracket Final between ENVY and 100 Thieves. The Grand Finals on August 10th will crown the ultimate champion and award a jaw-dropping prize of one hundred sixty thousand dollars.

Match Two: Rad EU vs OUG at 12:30 PM UTC
Match Three: ENVY vs 100 Thieves at 3 PM UTC
