Esports event organiser Raidiant has unveiled Rally Point, a brand new women’s tournament for Rainbow Six Siege that aims to build community, create opportunities, and highlight top female talent in competitive gaming. Running from September 19 to December 12, Rally Point promises an action-packed season of matches, community events, and a $10,000 prize pool that will be split between finalists and standout squads.
Founded in 2021 by former Counter-Strike world champion Heather “sapphiRe” Garozzo, Raidiant has become one of the most important organisations dedicated to amplifying women in esports. Its work spans titles like VALORANT, Rocket League, and Overwatch, and Rally Point now marks its biggest step yet into the Rainbow Six Siege scene.
A Mission Beyond Competition
For sapphiRe, Rally Point is more than a tournament. “As a veteran competitive gamer, I’ve seen how powerful representation can be,” she explained. “Rally Point isn’t just about winning matches. It is a celebration of skill, growth, and community, and a place where women and allies can thrive.”
That mission is reflected in the format of the tournament. Alongside competitive matches, Raidiant will host weekly Game Nights for solo players, fostering friendships and encouraging new talent to join the Rainbow Six Siege ecosystem.
Format, Schedule, and Registration
Rally Point’s inaugural season will run until November 15, with registrations staying open until November 10. The competition is open to women players who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States or Canada. Allies who share Raidiant’s values are also welcome to join the Rally Point Discord community.
Players can sign up as solo competitors or build their own teams to enter Rally Cups, which are scheduled for October 4, October 25, and November 15. At the end of the season, the top ten players from the leaderboard will move on to the Finals, which will be broadcast live on December 12.
The $10,000 prize pool will be divided between the finalists, who will share $7,500, while the best Rally Cup squads will compete for the remaining $2,500.
Building a Future for Women in Rainbow Six Siege
Rally Point is not just another competition on the esports calendar. It is a movement designed to empower women, build a safe competitive space, and bring new audiences to Rainbow Six Siege. By connecting players through weekly events, offering significant prize money, and broadcasting the Finals, Raidiant is making sure women’s Siege has the visibility and respect it deserves.
