Aleksander ‘hades’ Miskiewicz has officially exited Monte Esports after a brief but eventful stint. With roster changes underway across CS2, his next destination remains a hot topic in the post Major shuffle.

Monte Esports has officially announced the departure of Polish player Aleksander ‘hades’ Miskiewicz from its Counter Strike 2 roster, marking the end of a ten month tenure that saw both highs and uncertainty for the Ukrainian organization. Hades, who joined Monte in July 2024, exits at a time when the team is facing a period of rebuilding and reflection.

During his stint with Monte, hades played a key role in the team’s progress through various international tournaments and rankings. One of his most notable contributions came during the ESL Challenger Katowice 2024, where Monte reached the semifinals in a competitive field. His performance helped elevate Monte’s position in the Valve Regional Standings, reaching as high as 28th by November of last year.

The trajectory of hades’ time with Monte shifted significantly in April 2025 when he was loaned out to G2 Esports. This short term move followed the high profile exit of Ilya ‘M0NESY’ Osipov, who transferred to Team Falcons. In his temporary role with G2, hades competed at some of the biggest Counter Strike tournaments of the season, including PGL Astana, IEM Dallas, and the BLAST.tv Austin Major. G2’s journey at the Austin Major ended with a ninth to eleventh place finish after falling short in the third stage.

Despite his contributions, hades returned to Monte after G2 signed Alvaro ‘SunPayus’ Garcia to their main roster, effectively closing the door on a permanent spot with the team. Upon rejoining Monte, it became clear that the organization was entering a transitional phase, ultimately leading to the announcement of his departure.

Monte now finds itself in a precarious position with only three active players and a coach remaining on its CS2 roster. Currently ranked 105th in the latest Valve Regional Standings, the organization does not have any major upcoming tournaments scheduled. Its last appearance was in the CCT Season 3 Europe series, where the team reached the top sixteen, while NAVI Junior walked away with the title.

As for hades, his next destination in professional Counter Strike remains a mystery. With roster shuffles underway across multiple regions following the conclusion of the Austin Major, several teams are expected to reconfigure their lineups. Given hades’ experience playing for top tier teams like ENCE, 9INE, and G2, his availability presents an opportunity for any organization in search of a seasoned AWPer.

Having been part of the CS scene since 2018, hades has built a reputation for his sharp aim and calm presence under pressure. Whether he continues in Europe or explores opportunities in North America or Asia, his next move will be closely watched by both fans and analysts.
