Danil Kryshkovets, better known across the Counter-Strike world as Donk, has done it again. The Russian prodigy has topped the FACEIT leaderboard for the fifth straight season, closing out Season 5 with a jaw-dropping ELO of 5283. In a platform stacked with some of the sharpest aimers and strategic minds in Counter-Strike 2, Donk continues to prove that he is operating on an entirely different level.
Representing Team Spirit, Donk did not just edge past his competition. He soared over them, leaving a gap of over 400 ELO between himself and the second-placed Maksim Lukin, who recently signed with Team Falcons. This kind of dominance in an ecosystem as competitive as FACEIT speaks volumes about Donk’s consistency, mental strength, and terrifying mechanical ability.
FACEIT has long been the proving ground for both rising stars and seasoned veterans of Counter-Strike. With a reputation for offering equal matchmaking and a platform where pros sharpen their skills, topping its leaderboard is no small feat. To do it five seasons in a row is something else entirely. It is not just a streak. It is a statement.
Donk’s reign comes at a time when CS2 is more competitive than ever. With names like Ilya Osipov, known as m0NESY, also pushing the boundaries and placing third this season, the battle for the top spot is fierce. And yet, Donk remains untouchable.
While he dominated the global leaderboard, Boris Kim, playing under the handle Ryujin from ARCRED, claimed the European FACEIT Pro League title with 4851 ELO and fourth overall. Meanwhile, other regional legends made their mark. Stanley Chiu, known as calamity, took top honors in North America. Marcos Paulo, known as fokiu, reigned in South America, and Zeyad Alrummani, or OSCAR, emerged as the champion in the Middle Eastern circuit.
As Season 6 begins, FACEIT has made a few changes to spice things up. Player ELOs have received a soft reset to keep the leaderboard competitive and fresh. Anubis, previously a fan-favorite map, has been removed from the platform's rotation, making way for the return of Overpass, which was added back to the Active Duty pool by Valve just days ago.
Season 6 officially kicks off on July 22nd and will run through November 23rd. That gives every player on the platform four months to prove they belong among the elite. But as things stand, there is no question about who holds the crown. Donk is not just a top player anymore. He is the benchmark.
Whether he can make it six in a row remains to be seen. But with the way he is playing, betting against Donk would be like challenging gravity. FACEIT is his arena, and for now, no one is even close.
