On July 6, 2024, Vasista Esports proudly unveiled its new Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster, including star players Shadow and Apollo. The team, which finished 13th in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024, recently parted ways with its previous lineup. Entering the BGMI competitive scene earlier this year, Vasista Esports reached the Grand Finals of their debut major tournament.

The organization has now signed three former Gujarat Tigers players, aiming for victory in the upcoming BGMI Pro Series (BMPS) Season 3, set to begin in August 2024. Several teams are currently revamping their rosters for forthcoming tournaments.

Meet the four players who have joined Vasista Esports:

Shadow - Arjun Mandhalkar
Wixxky - Deepanshu Yadav
Apollo - Nishat Iaspal
Secret - Aarya Thakkar

On July 6, Vasista Esports announced their new signings via social media, stating:

"We are beyond excited to announce our brand new lineup, featuring some of the most renowned and formidable players in the esports scene! After our spectacular achievements in BGIS, we are ready to take things to a whole new level. With this powerhouse lineup, we are gearing up to dominate and leave our mark like never before!"

Except for Secret, the other three current members previously played for Gujarat Tigers in the BGIS 2024. Unfortunately, they did not qualify for the event's Grand Finals, leading to Gujarat Tigers releasing these athletes on July 6, 2024.

 

Shadow, the captain of Vasista's new lineup, has extensive experience with top teams like TSM, Enigma, Numen, and GodLike Esports. He debuted in the PUBG Mobile competitive scene in 2019, achieving significant success with TSM and spending over a year with GodLike.

 

Apollo, another elite player, has been part of prominent clubs such as Nigma Galaxy and Revenant. Both he and Wixxky have a history of playing together in various organizations.

 

Secret, debuting in BGMI esports in 2022, has been affiliated with notable teams like Team XSpark, Hydra, Entity Gaming, and FS Esports. His new journey with Vasista Esports marks a significant step in his career.

 

All four players bring a wealth of experience and aim to make a strong comeback in BGMI's competitive scene with Vasista Esports.

The BMPS Season 3 is set to start in August 2024, with the Grand Finals scheduled for September in Kerala.
