Out of 16 teams, the top eight made it through to the next round. The following day switched gears to Single-Bracket Arena Mode, where Team Red Parasite took the spotlight and clinched the title, showcasing the skills of pro players Shogun, DeltaPG, and Justin from Gods Reign.
Team Red Parasite hit the ground running right from their first match against Team Mortal, showcasing a blend of strategy and skill. Their winning streak continued as they outmaneuvered Team MAVI, setting the stage for a thrilling Grand Final. The showdown with Team Ronak was nothing short of epic, ending in a 2-1 victory for Team Red Parasite. The champions were awarded a hefty ₹2.5 lakh prize by Krafton for their exceptional performance.
This two-day spectacle, set against the backdrop of Holi festivities, boasted a total prize pool of ₹6.4 lakh and featured 16 teams led by influencers. The first day's competition was fierce, with the bottom eight teams saying their goodbyes early. Notably, teams led by well-known influencers like Scout, Dynamo, and Jonathan didn't make it past the initial round.
Day two saw Team Ronak fighting hard to secure the runner-up spot, starting strong with a win against Team Goblin and continuing their dominance against Team Flicks. However, they met their match in Team Red Parasite in the final round, walking away with ₹1.5 lakh. Team MAVI also made a splash, securing third place and ₹1 lakh in prize money, after defeating Team Alpha Clasher but then falling to Team Red Parasite.
Team Iflicks, who had a strong showing on day one in Payload mode, couldn't maintain their momentum in Arena mode, despite an impressive start on the second day. They were one of the top performers on the first day, winning two out of four matches, but couldn't replicate this success on day two.
Fan favorites Team Mortal, along with Team Goblin, Team Alpha Clasher, and Team Classified YT, were knocked out early, each losing their first match of the day. The BGMI Holi Face Off 2024 was a thrilling event, celebrating the spirit of competition and camaraderie among gamers during the festive season.
