Gods Reign has officially announced the acquisition of Venom Gaming's former roster as they gear up to compete in the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3, starting on July 19. This new lineup has shown promising performances in recent tournaments, including a fifth-place finish at BGIS 2024. Under the new banner, they aim to secure a top rank in the upcoming competition.
A Strategic Move for Major Trophies
Earlier this year, Gods Reign signed ex-Gladiators Esports players but parted ways with them after five months. With the addition of Venom Gaming's roster, Gods Reign is now focused on winning major trophies in the latter half of 2024.

Journey of the New Lineup
In early 2024, the lineup competed under Chemin Esports, finishing sixth in the Upthrust Patriot Cup and second in the OnePlus Dominate Arena January Edition. They also placed 10th in the Rising Star Showdown Season 3.
Their top-notch performances continued in the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series 2024, where they secured third place. Despite struggling in a few subsequent tournaments, they made a strong comeback in the recently concluded BGIS.
Gods Reign’s Performance and Aspirations
Gods Reign had a successful run in the second half of 2023, finishing second in the India vs Korea BGMI Invitational and eighth in BGMS Season 2. However, they parted ways with their players in December 2023.
In January 2024, they signed the Gladiator Esports roster, considered the best BGMI lineup of 2023. Despite their reputation, the squad underperformed in several key tournaments, finishing 14th in the Snapdragon Pro Series. Their best performance was fourth place in the Skyesports Mobile Open 2024.
Looking Ahead to BGMS Season 3
Gods Reign has now signed an underdog squad, hoping for a strong start in BGMS Season 3. The team has already reached the venue in Delhi NCR, ready to compete in the upcoming event.
